Pablo Creek Reserve
A five-acre park is the central focus for this residential community, characterized by its extensive trail system, tree-lined streets and high-quality homes.
Prosser prepared a detailed master plan, which includes an arrival sequence that creates a sanctuary-like woodland theme. The careful sitting and orientation of streets, lakes and homesites ensured all homesites are fronting lakes or natural conservation lands. Prosser gave careful attention to the architectural design of the entry gatehouse and park pavilion, as well as the landscape architectural detailing of outdoor spaces, crossings, signage and plantings. The community’s open space is characterized by its structured informality, suggestive of the English landscape garden style.
