Prosser | PRIME AE led the development team to create a community fully engaged with nature and focusing on active lifestyles, while protecting the outstanding natural features. These features include over six miles of tidal marsh frontage and areas of outstanding tree cover. The blending of people and nature is integrated in every aspect of the community, along with a coastal architectural theme inspired by its proximity to Savannah and the area’s low-country influences.

The master plan features a scenic drive connecting distinctive neighborhoods, each with their own parks and gardens. The neighborhoods are interconnected by pathways and meandering lagoons terminating at the Marina Village. Five miles of lagoons provide fishing and recreational boating, as well as a transportation waterway within the community.

Prosser | PRIME AE planned and designed the marina village to be the heart of the community, featuring wet and dry boat slips, a community clubhouse, retail and ships store, lodging and a boat lift with access to the adjacent tidal Redbird Creek. Other Prosser design works included wayfinding and signage, aquatic centers, community gardens, kayak boathouse, pathways and waterways, the Lakewood pavilion, design and environmental guidelines and the Waterways Visitor Center.
