Prosser | PRIME AE was engaged early on by the client to perform a full range of professional services. We began with a due diligence review and initial site planning studies leading to a PUD rezoning. Site planning progressed into developing a marketing arrival sequence which included vehicular queuing study and accommodations for a gatehouse and entry feature.

Prosser | PRIME AE then proceeded with developing a community theming package for all community site elements which included the identification of an overall architectural style and project icon features. We also provided design guidelines utilized by the community builders which included landscape requirements, fencing, walls, outdoor structures, paving, etc.

A complete construction plans package was created for hardscape and landscape elements for all common areas which include small neighborhood recreational areas and the resort-quality amenities, including a zero-entry pool, tennis courts, a playground, and an network of parks and walkways. Marketing graphics were provided which included full color renderings and perspectives.
