Real Property Inventory (RPI) and Real Estate Analysis

Real Property Inventory is fundamental to effective management of assets. The asset data links accountability, compliance, resource requirements and decision support and is critical in budgeting and programming for facility operations, sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM).

Prosser | PRIME AE and its professionals are experienced in Department of Defense Real Property Record Card due diligence for Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) and Sustainable Infrastructure Assessments. We have a proven, data gathering, QC and logistical management system to a ensure timely and accurate process for RPI implementation. Our experienced asset management teams have also performed comprehensive revisions of Business Management Systems (BMS) process for Asset Management and Real Estate guidance documents.

Prosser | PRIME AE has completed Real Property Record Card updates for over 700 records for significant portions of Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in time to meeting FIAR requirements. The work was performed at NSGB and at Prosser’s office.

Similarly, Prosser | PRIME AE recently completed a Real Property Inventory for three major facilities in the NAVFAC Southeast AOR. Over 1,110 Property Record Cards were concurrently updated for all three facilities based on an accelerated schedule to meet FIAR requirements. The work required the development of the due diligence Key Supporting Documentation (KSDs) for all records and assets. Discrepancies in the database of record, iNFADS were also addressed.
